NeoPixel Mini Button PCB - 5-pack
These are the smallest NeoPixel breakouts! Tiny, bright RGB pixels for your project. These small PCBs are only 8mm x 10mm and have two sets of three pads on the back for soldering wires. These ultra-bright LEDs have a constant current driver built right into the LED package! The pixels are cascadable - so you only need 1 pin/wire to control as many LEDs as you want.

These pixels offer full 24-bit colour capability with PWM handled by the control chip. Because the LED is so bright, you need less current/power to achieve the desired effects. The driver is a constant current driver so it's fine if your battery power changes or fluctuates slightly.

Each pixel draws up to 60mA (all three RGB LEDs at full brightness white). An Arduino can control up to 500 pixels at 30 FPS (after that the RAM will run out). With ribbon cables, you can space them up to 6" apart (after that, power drops and data corruption could occur).

Safety instructions

Always connect the LED to the recommended operating voltage (typically 5V). Excessive voltages can damage the LED.
Use suitable series resistors or resistors in the data channel to avoid electrical interference and damage to the sensor.
Ensure correct polarity when connecting to prevent short circuits or damage to the LEDs.
Avoid overheating the LEDs. Ensure that the LEDs are sufficiently cooled if they are operated at high brightness for long periods.
LEDs should be protected from moisture, dust or direct sunlight if they are not specifically designed for outdoor use.

Dispose of defective LEDs in accordance with local regulations for electronic waste. LEDs do not belong in household waste.
