Arduino Pro Mini 328, 3.3V/8MHz
The Arduino Pro Mini is a minimalist design from SparkFun for Arduino. This is a 3.3V Arduino with an 8MHz bootloader. The board comes without pre-installed pin headers so that individual connectors or wires can be soldered in. It is ideal for experienced users who are familiar with the limitations of the system voltage and the lack of connectors and USB outside the board.

Arduino Pro Mini 328, 5V/16MHz
It's blue! It is thin! It's the Arduino Pro Mini! SparkFun's minimal design approach to Arduino. This is a 5V Arduino running the 16MHz bootloader. The Arduino Pro Mini does not come with assembled connectors, so you can solder in any connector or wire with any orientation. We recommend that Arduino beginners start with the Uno R3. It's a great board to get you started quickly. The Arduino Pro series is for users who understand the limitations of the system voltage (5V), lack of connectors and USB outside the board. We really wanted to minimise the cost of an Arduino. To achieve this, we used all SMD components, made it dual layer, etc. This board connects directly to the FTDI Basic Breakout Board and supports auto-reset. The Arduino Pro Mini also works with the FTDI cable, but the FTDI cable does not bring out the DTR pin, so the auto-reset function will not work. There is a voltage regulator on board so it can accept a voltage up to 12VDC. If you power the board with unregulated voltage, make sure you connect it to the "RAW" pin and not VCC. The latest and greatest version of this board breaks out the ADC6 and ADC7 pins and adds footprints for optional I2C pull-up resistors! We've also taken the opportunity to put the OSHW logo on it. Note: A portion of this sale goes back to Arduino LLC to fund further development of new tools and new IDE features. Adafruit BH1750 Light Sensor, STEMMA QT / Qwiic
This is the BH1750 16-bit ambient light sensor from Rohm. Because it is so important to humans and most other living things, sensing the amount of light in an environment is a common introduction when learning to work with microcontrollers and sensors. Should we increase or dim the brightness of our display to save power? In which direction should the robot move to stay in an area with the most light? Is it day or night? All these questions can be answered with the help of the BH1750. It is a small, powerful and inexpensive light sensor that you can add to your next project to add light detection and measurement. The BH1750 provides 16-bit light measurements in lux, the SI unit for measuring light, making it easy to compare with other values such as references and measurements from other sensors. The BH1750 can measure from 0 to 65K+ lux, but with some calibration and advanced adjustment of the measurement time, it can even be convinced to measure up to 100,000 lux! Sensors tend to come in small packages and the BH1750 is no different. Not much bigger than a grain of rice, this handy light sensor friend needs some help to be used by people who are experimenting and don't have the desire or tools to work with surface mount parts. We're here to help! The BH1750 is packaged on a board in our STEMMA QT form factor and has an integrated voltage regulator and level shifting circuitry that allows it to operate with 3. 3V devices, such as a Feather M4 or Raspberry Pi, or 5V devices, such as an Arduino. Instead of working with the sensor's tiny little contacts, the board it's packaged on has all the pins broken out to a standard 0.1"/2.54mm pitch header. To make things easier and more flexible, we've also included SparkFun Qwiic compatible STEMMA QT connectors for the I2C bus, so you don't even need to solder! Just plug in a compatible cable and connect it to the MCU of your choice, and you're ready to load software and measure light.QT cable not included. To support the software part, we've written a library that you can use with CircuitPython compatible devices as well as computers like the Raspberry Pi by installing it with PyPi.
