This little haptic driver and actuator is great for adding buzzing feedback to your projects. We've paired it with our trackball breakout to give oldschool haptic feedback to scrolls and clicks(click here to see the sample code).
It's compatible with our fancy breakout garden HAT, where using breakouts is as simple as plugging into one of the six slots, creating projects and coding.

The tactile switch is also handy: With the help of the included Python library and a daemon, you can program it to switch between temperature-controlled automatic mode and manual mode. In general, the installation is uncomplicated and should not take more than two minutes. While the fan is doing its job, the noise level is very low: The maximum value is only 18.6 dB.
