Payment

Bank Transfer

If you choose bank transfer, we’ll send you our bank details in a separate email, and we’ll ship your order once the payment is received. The payment is due within 14 days.

Cash on Delivery

Pay when you receive your order. We’ll ship your order right away (if available), and you’ll pay the cash-on-delivery fee directly to the courier. There’s an additional charge of €6.00 (within Germany). Once your order is placed, it’s processed automatically, and changes like adding or removing items aren’t possible. You can always place a new order or return the purchased items if needed.

Credit Card

When placing your order, you’ll provide your credit card details to Mollie, who will then request the payment from your card provider right after the order. The transaction will be processed automatically by your credit card company.

PayPal

During checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal. To pay via PayPal, you need to be registered or sign up with PayPal, log in, and confirm your payment to us. Right after placing your order, we’ll request PayPal to complete the payment, and the transaction will be processed immediately.

Invoice

This payment option is only available for schools, universities, and public institutions. The delivery address must be the institution's address. Business customers can use this option starting from their third order. Invoices are sent as PDF attachments via email. Please note that we currently do not support formats like XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. By placing an order, you agree to our invoicing terms and ensure payment within 10 days. Each order with this payment method is manually approved. If any rules are violated, the payment method will be switched to bank transfer.

Amazon Pay

If you choose Amazon Pay, you can use the shipping address and payment details stored in your Amazon account to complete your order. If you choose Amazon Pay directly instead of clicking "CHECKOUT," your order will be processed using the address stored in your Amazon account. Please check that your Amazon address information is up to date.

Apple Pay

To pay with Apple Pay, you must be registered with Apple and have Apple Pay activated. Once you authenticate, the payment will be completed immediately.

Google Pay

If you use Google Pay, you must be registered with Google and have Google Pay activated. After confirming your credentials, the payment will be processed immediately.

Klarna PayNow Direct Debit

After a successful address and credit check during checkout, you’ll give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will notify you of the debit date, and your bank will automatically process the payment.

Klarna PayLater / Invoice Purchase

In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.com), we offer invoice payment as an option. This option is only available for consumers, and the payment must be made to Klarna. With Klarna’s invoice option, you always receive your goods first and have 14 days to pay, unless Klarna offers a longer payment period. The full Klarna terms for invoice payments can be found here:

Klarna Sofort

After placing your order, you’ll be redirected to Sofort GmbH’s website. To pay with Sofort, you must have an online banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment. The transaction will be processed immediately, and your account will be debited.
