Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "Amazon Payments"), to whom we pass on the information you provided during the ordering process, along with the information about your order, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. - Apple Pay
If you choose the "Apple Pay" payment method provided by Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment will be processed via the "Apple Pay" feature of your iOS, watchOS, or macOS operated device by debiting a payment card stored in "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device's hardware and software to protect your transactions. For a payment to be authorized, you must enter a code that you previously defined and authenticate it via the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your device.
To process the payment, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with the information about your order, is transmitted in encrypted form to Apple. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before sending it to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After payment, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm payment success.
If personal data is processed during these transmissions, it is done solely for payment processing purposes in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Apple retains anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization ensures that no personal information can be linked to you. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve "Apple Pay" and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on an iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made via Safari on a Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate via an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a form that could identify you. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings by going to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and turning off "Allow payments on Mac." Further information on privacy when using Apple Pay can be found here: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027

For payments over €25 via Google Pay, you must first unlock your mobile device using the verification method you have configured (e.g., face recognition, password, fingerprint, or pattern).
To process the payment, the information you provided during the order, along with the information about your order, will be transmitted to Google. Google then sends the payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a one-time transaction number to the originating website to verify the payment. This transaction number contains no real payment data from your stored payment methods, but is generated and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. Google only acts as an intermediary for payment processing during all Google Pay transactions. The transaction itself takes place solely between the user and the originating website by debiting the payment method stored in Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during these transmissions, it is done solely for payment processing purposes in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store, and evaluate specific transaction-related information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time, and amount of the transaction, the merchant's location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description for the reason of the transaction, and any related offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is solely in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on its legitimate interest in proper billing, verification of transaction data, and optimization and maintenance of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine processed transaction data with other information collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

8) Online Marketing
8.1 Facebook Pixel for the Creation of Custom Audiences (with Cookie Consent Tool)
Within our online offering, we use the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
If a user clicks on an advertisement we place on Facebook, Facebook Pixel adds a parameter to the URL of our linked page. If our page allows data sharing with Facebook via the pixel, this URL parameter is stored in the user's browser through a cookie set by our linked page. Facebook Pixel then reads this cookie and enables the transmission of the data to Facebook.
Using Facebook Pixel allows Facebook to determine visitors to our online offering as a target audience for displaying ads (so-called "Facebook Ads"). Accordingly, we use Facebook Pixel to display Facebook Ads only to those Facebook users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who exhibit specific characteristics (e.g., interest in particular topics or products identified by the websites they have visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). Using Facebook Pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook Ads correspond to the potential interests of users and do not appear annoying. Additionally, we can use Facebook Pixel to track the effectiveness of our Facebook Ads for statistical and market research purposes by understanding whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "Conversion").
The data collected are anonymous to us, meaning we cannot derive any conclusions about the user's identity. However, the data are stored and processed by Facebook, enabling a connection to the respective user profile, allowing Facebook to use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may allow Facebook and its partners to display ads on and off Facebook.
The data processing associated with the use of Facebook Pixel is carried out only with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie-Consent Tool" available on the website.
8.2 idealo Performance Tracking
We use tracking technology from Ingenious Technologies AG, Französische Straße 48, 10117 Berlin, to link the user's click on an advertisement or ad to an action taken by you (e.g., purchasing in the online shop or signing up for a newsletter). At each touchpoint, your browser sends an HTTP request (Request) to Ingenious' server, transmitting specific information.
This information includes the URL of the website where the ad is placed (referrer URL), the user-agent of the device's browser (including information about device type and operating system), the device's IP address (which is anonymized by Ingenious before storage), HTTP header (automatically transmitted data packet from your browser with various technical information), the request's timestamp, and, if stored on the device previously, the cookie's entire content.
A cookie is a small data packet exchanged between your browser and the server. This data packet can store and transmit information relevant to the web application, such as the contents of a virtual shopping cart.
The tracking technology stores cookies on your device to document actions. The cookie stores information about the most recent touchpoints (i.e., when a specific ad was displayed or clicked on by a device). Additionally, an Ingenious-generated cookie ID is stored in the cookie. This cookie ID is used by Ingenious to store data about the touchpoints and information about your actions. The stored touchpoints can potentially be linked to create a user journey.
When an action request is made, the order number and shopping cart value of your order are usually transmitted and stored by Ingenious. Additionally, the following data may be transmitted and stored: your customer number, new customer feature, your age and gender, and any responses you provided in a customer survey.
The information and cookies transmitted to Ingenious serve solely to ensure the correct attribution of an ad's success and the corresponding billing.
All processing described above, especially the setting of cookies for retrieving information on the device used, is carried out only with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie-Consent Tool" available on the website.
Alternatively, data collection and processing for tracking purposes can be deactivated by visiting the following tracking opt-out page:
https://marketing.net.idealo-partner.com/ts/324514/tsv?settrackingoptout
When visiting the tracking opt-out page, a special cookie is written that disables tracking for the current browser on the device. However, tracking will be re-enabled if you delete the tracking opt-out cookie.
Which cookies are specifically used by our tracking technology is listed below:
The "tsv" cookie is written when an advertisement is displayed. This cookie contains a cookie ID and a list of data about the most recent view touchpoints, consisting of the timestamp, referrer URL, and admedia code (a unique identification code for an ad that contains information about the sales channel, publisher, publisher website, and ad).
The "tsc" cookie is written when an advertisement is clicked. This cookie contains a cookie ID and a list of data about the most recent click touchpoints, consisting of the timestamp, referrer URL, ID of the page in the customer's shop system, and admedia code (a unique identification code for an ad that contains information about the sales channel, publisher, publisher website, and ad).
The "trackingoptout" cookie is written when the opt-out link is clicked to disable tracking for the current browser on the device.
8.3 - Microsoft Advertising
This website uses the "Microsoft Advertising" conversion tracking technology from Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). A cookie is set on your computer by Microsoft if you have accessed our website via a Microsoft Advertising ad. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. These cookies expire after 180 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits specific pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Microsoft and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page (conversion page).
The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics, i.e., to determine how many users clicked on an ad and were redirected to a conversion page. This allows us to learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were directed to a conversion page. However, we do not receive any information that personally identifies users.
All processing described above, especially the setting of cookies for retrieving information on the device used, is carried out only with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie-Consent Tool" available on the website.
- Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, an online advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your computer that allow an analysis of your use of the website. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (small invisible graphics) to collect information. Web beacons enable simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website to be recorded, collected, and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve a transfer to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Google uses the information obtained to evaluate your usage behavior with respect to AdSense ads. - Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking feature of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our goal is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google ad. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. These cookies generally expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits specific pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of different Google Ads customers. The information collected via the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. These customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. In the course of using Google Ads, it is possible that personal data may be transferred to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Details about the data processing triggered by Google Ads conversion tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All processing described above, especially setting cookies for retrieving information on the device used, is carried out only with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie-Consent Tool" available on the website.
You can also permanently object to the setting of cookies for Google Ads conversion tracking by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

Please note that certain features of this website may not be available or may be limited if you disable the use of cookies.

- Google Marketing Platform
This website uses the Google Marketing Platform online marketing tool provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").
GMP uses cookies to display ads relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent users from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses cookie IDs to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. Additionally, GMP can use cookie IDs to record conversions related to ad requests. This occurs, for example, when a user views a GMP ad and later uses the same browser to visit the advertiser's website and make a purchase. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no control over the extent and further use of the data collected through the use of this tool by Google, and therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address. Personal data may be transferred to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA when using GMP.
All processing described above, especially setting cookies for retrieving information on the device used, is carried out only with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "Cookie-Consent Tool" available on the website.
Google's privacy policy for GMP can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
9) Web Analytics Services
9.1 Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files stored on your device to enable the analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there, which may also involve transmission to Google LLC's servers in the USA.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, ensuring that IP addresses are anonymized by truncation and cannot be directly linked to an individual. Google's truncation of IP addresses takes place within EU member states or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google LLC server in the USA and shortened there.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your website usage, compile reports on website activities, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google (Universal) Analytics is not combined with other Google data.
Google Analytics also enables demographic statistics, providing insights about age, gender, and interests of website visitors based on interest-related advertising and third-party information. This allows for the creation and differentiation of user groups to optimize marketing efforts. However, data collected through the "demographic features" cannot be linked to any specific person.
For more details on Google's data processing and handling of information from websites, please see: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All processing described above, particularly the setting of Google Analytics cookies for reading information on your device, only takes place with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without this consent, Google Analytics will not be used during your visit to this website.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "cookie-consent tool" provided on the website. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics, ensuring that Google protects the data of our website visitors and does not disclose it to third parties. For data transfers from the EU to the USA, Google relies on the so-called Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission, ensuring compliance with European data protection levels in the USA.
Further information about Google (Universal) Analytics can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en
In connection with this website, the "UserIDs" feature is also used as an extension of Google Analytics. By assigning individual UserIDs, we can generate cross-device reports through Google (so-called "Cross Device Tracking"). This means that your usage behavior can be analyzed across devices, provided you have set up a personal account on this website and are logged in with your account details on different devices. The data collected in this way shows, for example, which device you first clicked on an ad and which device the corresponding conversion took place on.
9.2 Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), for analyzing website usage.
When using Google Analytics 4, cookies are typically used. These are text files stored on your device, enabling analysis of your website usage. The information collected through cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address, truncated by your device) is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server, where it may also be processed. Information may also be transmitted to Google LLC's servers in the USA for further processing.
When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your device is automatically anonymized, ensuring that the collected data cannot be directly traced to an individual. This is done by truncating the IP address within EU member states or other countries in the European Economic Area.
On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your website usage, compile reports on your website activity, and provide additional services related to website usage and internet activity. The truncated IP address transmitted by your device is not merged with other Google data. Data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained for 2 months and then deleted.
Google Analytics 4 also includes demographic statistics, enabling the creation of reports based on the analysis of interest-related advertising and third-party information, showing data about the age, gender, and interests of users. This allows for the segmentation of users for targeted marketing efforts. However, demographic data cannot be associated with specific individuals. This data is retained for 2 months before being deleted.
All the processes mentioned above, particularly the setting of Google Analytics cookies for storing and reading information on your device, only occur if you have provided your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service through the "cookie-consent tool" on the website.
In connection with this website, the "UserIDs" feature is also used as an extension of Google Analytics 4. By assigning individual UserIDs, we can create cross-device reports through Google ("Cross Device Tracking"). This means that your usage behavior can be analyzed across devices if you have registered a personal account on this website and are logged in with your account details on multiple devices. Data collected in this way shows, for example, on which device you first clicked on an ad and on which device the related conversion occurred.
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics 4, requiring Google to protect the data of our website users and not disclose it to third parties.
To ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data transfers from the EU to the USA, Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, which we have contractually agreed with Google.
Further legal information on Google Analytics 4, including a copy of the mentioned Standard Contractual Clauses, can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en and here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

10) Retargeting/Remarketing/Referral Advertising
Google Ads Remarketing
Our website uses Google Ads Remarketing, a feature that allows us to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). For this purpose, Google places a cookie in your device's browser, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have given your consent to Google to link your web and app browsing history with your Google account and to use information from your Google account to personalize ads you see online. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. This means that your personal data is temporarily linked by Google to Google Analytics data to form target groups. 11) Website Functionalities
11.1 Use of YouTube Videos
This website uses YouTube's embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube," which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").
The extended privacy mode is used here, which, according to the provider, starts storing user information only when the video(s) are played. When you start playing embedded YouTube videos, YouTube uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, these cookies are used, among other things, to compile video statistics, improve user-friendliness, and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not want this association with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and to exercise this right, you must contact YouTube. In connection with the use of YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to Google's servers in the USA.
Regardless of whether embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established when visiting this website, which can trigger further data processing without our influence.
All the processing described above, particularly reading information on the device you are using via tracking pixels, only takes place if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without this consent, YouTube videos will not be used during your visit to the website.
You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling this service in the "cookie-consent tool" provided on the website or by using alternative methods communicated on the website.

11.2 idealo Logo
Our website integrates the logo of our partner idealo (idealo internet GmbH, Zimmerstraße 50, 10888 Berlin). When you visit our website, information (including your IP address, the date and time of access, the browser used, and the operating system of your device) is automatically transmitted to idealo's server by the browser on your device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called server log file for 7 days and automatically deleted after this period. This information is not merged with other data.
If the processing involves personal data, it is done based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, relying on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our offering, the correct display of content, and ensuring the security of our IT systems.
11.3 Trusted Shops Trustbadge
To display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and offer Trusted Shops membership to buyers after placing an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated into this website.
This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offering, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.

This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten seven days after your visit to the site.
Further personal data will only be transmitted to Trusted Shops if you have opted to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order or have already registered for use. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.
11.4 Job Applications by Email
We advertise currently vacant positions on our website in a dedicated section, and interested applicants can apply via email to the provided contact address.
To be considered in the application process, applicants must provide all the personal data necessary for a thorough and informed evaluation and selection in their email application.
The required information includes general information about the applicant (such as name, address, and a phone or electronic contact method) as well as performance-related evidence of the qualifications needed for the position. The specific components that an application must include and the format in which these components should be submitted can be found in the corresponding job advertisement.
Upon receiving the email application via the provided contact address, we store the applicant's data and evaluate it solely for the purpose of processing the application. For any follow-up questions that arise during the process, we will use either the email address or phone number provided by the applicant.
The legal basis for these processing operations, including contacting applicants for follow-up questions, is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (or, in the case of Germany, § 26(1) BDSG), as the application process is considered a step towards entering into an employment contract.
If special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR (e.g., health data such as information about disability) are requested during the application process, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR to enable us to exercise our rights under employment and social security laws and to fulfill our obligations in this regard.
If no applicant is selected or an applicant withdraws their application prematurely, the data transmitted by email, including all electronic correspondence and the original application email, will be deleted after six months at the latest, following notification. This period is based on our legitimate interest in responding to any follow-up questions regarding the application and fulfilling our obligations under equal treatment regulations.
In the event of a successful application, the data provided will be further processed for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (or, in the case of Germany, § 26(1) BDSG).

The rating you provide will be displayed on our Google Customer Reviews logo and in our Merchant Center dashboard and will also be used for Google Seller Ratings. In connection with the use of Google Customer Reviews, personal data may also be transferred to Google's servers in the USA.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Google.

12.1 Cookie-Consent Tool
This website uses a "cookie-consent tool" to obtain valid user consent for consent-required cookies and cookie-based applications. The "cookie-consent tool" is displayed to users when they access the website in the form of an interactive user interface, allowing users to provide consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications by ticking a checkbox. Only when the user provides the relevant consent via the checkbox will the relevant cookies/services be loaded.
This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's device if consent has been given.
The tool uses technically necessary cookies to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this case.
If personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning, or logging cookie settings, it is done based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, relying on our legitimate interest in lawful, user-specific, and user-friendly cookie management and compliance with our legal obligations.
Additional legal grounds for processing may also include Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, as we are legally obliged to make the use of non-essential cookies dependent on user consent.
