Product information "seeed Grove - Shield for Arduino Nano"
The Grove Shield for Arduino Nano v1.3 provides a simple connection between an Arduino Nano or Seeeduino Nano and Grove modules. It eliminates the need for breadboards and jumper cables by extending the microcontroller's pins to a total of eight Grove connectors. These include three digital Grove connectors (D2, D4, D6), three analogue Grove connectors (A0, A2, A6), one I2C connector and one UART connector. The Grove Shield uses the standardised Grove connector system, which makes it easy to replace and connect sensors, actuators or other peripheral devices.
This shield is used for the simple extension of microcontroller platforms with standardised Grove connections. This reduces the development effort for DIY or IoT projects. Typical applications include sensor integration, serial communication with external modules and the development of modular prototypes.
The shield can be plugged directly onto a compatible Arduino Nano board. Various modules for digital, analogue or serial communication can be connected via the eight Grove ports. This makes it possible to build complex circuits without soldering.
