The Grove Starter Kit for Arduino is a modular electronics set for beginners and advanced developers. It contains an Arduino-compatible base shield with several Grove connections as well as 14 additional sensors and actuators. This kit can be used to build a wide variety of Arduino projects. The Grove system allows all modules to be easily connected via standardised 4-pin connectors, eliminating the need for soldering or breadboard assembly.
The kit includes a wide range of components, including an LCD with RGB backlighting, a relay module, sensors for sound, light, temperature and touch, as well as actuators such as a buzzer, LEDs and a servo. Libraries and sample codes are available for each component, making it easy to get started. The modules are characterised by standardised housing shapes, screw hole grids and a well thought-out layout for reuse and expandability. The surface allows seamless integration of the modules in a small space.
Grove is a modular electronics system that enables prototypes to be realised quickly and easily. The components can be connected to the base shield via plug connections without soldering.
