The Artemis module from SparkFun is a Cortex-M4F with BLE 5.0 that operates at up to 96MHz and a power consumption of only 6uA per MHz (less than 5mW). This is the world's first module that bridges the gap between hobbyist and consumer products. We have packed all the power of a modern microcontroller into a module that is both extremely easy to use and suitable for the mass market.

The flexibility of the Artemis module starts with our Arduino core. You can programme and use the Artemis module just like an Uno or any other Arduino. It only takes 5 minutes to get the first flash! We designed the core from scratch to make it fast and as light as possible.

Next comes the module itself. Measuring 10x15mm, the Artemis module has all the supporting circuitry you need to use the fantastic Ambiq Apollo3 processor in your next project. We are proud to say that the SparkFun Artemis module is the first open source hardware module with design files freely and easily available here. We have carefully designed the module so that the implementation of Artemis into your design can be done with low cost 2-layer boards and 8mil trace spacing.

The Artemis module is manufactured in the USA at SparkFun's Boulder manufacturing facility and is designed for consumer products. This makes the Artemis module very different from its Arduino brethren. Are you ready to expand your product? The Artemis grows with you beyond the Uno footprint and the Arduino IDE. In addition, the Artemis features an advanced HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) that allows users to push the modern Cortex-M4F architecture to its limits.

The SparkFun Artemis module is fully FCC/IC/CE certified and is available in full tape and reel quantities. With 1M Flash and 384k RAM, you have plenty of room for your code. The Artemis module runs at 48MHz, with a 96MHz turbo mode available, and is also equipped with Bluetooth!
