Description
Product information "MyoWare 2.0 Arduino Shield"
The Arduino Shield form factor fits directly to development boards that have the Arduino Uno R3 standard footprint. All six analogue input pins (A0-A5) of the Arduino are reserved on this shield. There is a power jumper on the back of the Arduino shield that you can use to set the output voltage to 5 V (standard) or 3.3 V for the muscle sensors. You will need a MyoWare 2.0 Link Shield and a TRS-to-TRS cable for each MyoWare 2.0 muscle sensor.
Note: MyoWare and the Arduino Shield are not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions or for the cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease in humans or other animals.
The MyoWare® 2.0 ecosystem consists of shields that easily connect to the MyoWare® 2.0 muscle sensor, a low-cost, Arduino-compatible, all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor from Advancer Technologies. The innovative connector system allows users to simply snap together the shields with a compact, low profile and connect them to the analogue input of a microcontroller to measure the raw, filtered and rectified electrical activity of a target muscle. This eliminates the need to solder connections between boards.
This product is a collaboration with Brian Kaminski of Advancer Technologies. A portion of the sales proceeds will go towards product support and further development.
