Grove - RGB LED Stick (15-WS2813 Mini) is a cost-efficient, full-colour LED stick with 15 cascadable and programmable WS2813 Mini LEDs. All 15 LEDs can be easily controlled with just one signal pin. This stick enables the creation of hundreds to thousands of lighting effects.
Grove - RGB LED Stick is equipped with 15 full-colour RGB LEDs with a refresh rate of 2 kHz. Each pixel has 256 shades of grey, enabling a 16,777,216 colour display. All LEDs are WS2813 Mini models, which combine intelligent control and high cost efficiency. The WS2813 supports signal forwarding despite individual LED defects, which means that other LEDs can still be operated.
WS2813-Mini is an intelligent LED light source with the control circuit and RGB chip integrated in a 3535 component package. Internally, the chip has a digital data latch, a signal matching circuit as well as a precise internal oscillator and a 12V voltage programmable constant current regulator, resulting in consistent colour rendition. The dual signal wiring version ensures that a failure of one pixel does not affect the transmission of the overall signal.
This stick can be used for countless lighting applications, including decorations for Christmas, Halloween or for light shows.
The Grove - RGB LED Stick (15-WS2813 Mini) is suitable for use in decoration projects where different colours and effects are required. It supports digital control and offers high reliability for signal transmissions thanks to the breakpoint resume function. Typical applications include creative lighting installations, stage costumes or DIY projects.
The product enables 15 LEDs to be controlled via just one signal pin, simplifying cabling. It supports a constant power supply of 16 mA per RGB channel and works in the temperature range from -25 °C to +85 °C. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 108 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm, the LED stick can be used flexibly in various applications.
