Grove - RGB LED Stick (10 - WS2813 Mini) is a full-colour LED stick that integrates 10 RGB LEDs. All LEDs can be controlled with just one signal pin. The LED stick enables the creation of hundreds to thousands of light patterns. Each LED operates independently and achieves a refresh rate of 2kHz, with 256 shades of grey per pixel for a full 16,777,216 colour display. The stick utilises WS2813 Mini LEDs based on a 3535 component. These LEDs combine the control logic and the RGB chip in one package and contain internal functions such as a digital data latch, a signal amplifier and a programmable constant current source for uniform colour display. The dual signal line enables the signal to be passed on even if individual LEDs fail.
The RGB LED sticks are suitable for designing lighting installations at festivals such as Christmas or Halloween, stage lighting, portable illuminated clothing, innovative electronic projects or modular lighting systems. They are mounted using Grove connectors, which enable simple connections without soldering.
Grove - RGB LED Stick (10 - WS2813 Mini) can be used to create flexible or rigid light strips, to display light points in protective tubes or for integration into rows of modules. The compact design of 80mm long and 10mm wide makes the stick ideal for space-saving lighting projects.
